Estate Officer (x3) The Estate Officer will manage an assigned geographical area and/or group of clients and deliver client services to
landowners and tenants in accordance with agreed service standards and established delegations. The positions will
respectively be based at the TLTB Offices in Nadi, Lautoka and in Suva.
Graduate Trainees Graduates will be trained to gain experience on the job before they are absorbed into permanent positions within the organization as these positions become available. The graduate talent program will also involve cross-disciplinary trainings and exposure to various aspects of the business to enhance the graduate trainee’s skills for a successful career within the organization.

Four (4) successful candidates will be provided with opportunities to embark on an intensive learning journey. Trainees recruited for the programme will receive both mentorship by senior management leaders in the organization and on-the-job training in whatever area they are placed within the Board.
Valuer (Re- Advertised)
The Valuer undertakes valuations, projects and negotiations on iTaukei land under the direction of the Deputy General Manager Operations, Research & Development; and ensures efficient and effective provision of valuation and services having regard to changing economic, environmental, social and demographic conditions to achieve sustainable development objectives and management of iTaukei land and resources. The position will be  based at the TLTB Head Office in Suva.
