Senior Internal Auditor (Re-Advertised) The successful applicant will play a critical role in delivering the organization’s strategic objectives by championing best practice in governance, objectively assessing the adequacy of governance and management of existing risks, commenting on responses to emerging risks and proposed developments and giving an objective and evidence based opinion on all aspects of governance, risk management and internal control.

An opportunity exists within the Board for results-oriented and dynamic individuals to be part of our Graduate Talent Programme in the following specific areas:
  • Land Management and Land Use Planning
  • Urban and Regional Planning
  • Land Management and Accounting
  • Land Management and Economics
  • Geospatial Science (Developer Stream)
  • Project Management
Graduates will be trained to gain experience on the job before they are absorbed into permanent positions within the organization as these positions become available. The graduate talent program will also involve cross-disciplinary trainings and exposure to various aspects of the business to enhance the graduate trainee’s skills for a successful career within the organization.
Four (4) successful candidates will be provided with opportunities to embark on an intensive learning journey. Trainees recruited for the programme will receive both mentorship by Senior Management leaders in the organization and on-the-job training in whatever area they are placed within the Board. Individuals appointed to the above position shall be based at any of our regions in Fiji for the whole or part of the contract. Candidates must be flexible to be posted to any of the TLTB offices in Fiji.
Minimum Qualification Requirements

  • A fresh University Graduate with a degree and a GPA of at least 3.0.
  • Possesses a positive, can-do attitude with the drive and willingness to learn.
  • Strong analytical, innovative and decision making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in order to interact with the other employees in the company and learn new things.
  • Excellent ability to analyze and observe the functioning of various departments.
  • Good management ability to manage time and coordinate it such that maximum can be learnt within the short stint in the company.
  • A team player with the ability to foster good working relationships with peers.
Manager Tourism The iTaukei Land Trust Board (TLTB) is the leading Land provider and Real Estate services in Fiji, with the core business of sustainable development and wealth creation. TLTB invites applications from qualified and experienced individual for the above position to head the Tourism Office in Nadi.
The Manager Tourism will provide tourism strategy advice, monitoring the implementation of policies and procedures. Also, provide lease management services for the landowners, tourism customers/clients including packaging and marketing of site for potential tourism developments.
The Manager Tourism will be accountable for the following outcomes:
  • Leadership and management of Tourism operations/resources.
  • Customer service provision for the Tourism sector.
  • Ensure an informed management (reporting).
  • Ensure a statutory and operationally compliant Tourism Department.
  • Developing and growing regional activities in the best interest of the land owning units, stakeholders and investors ensured.
  • Demonstrate TLTB image and value standards.
Geospatial Developer/Analyst This is a Developer and Analyst role and reports to the Geospatial Coordinator. The position provides Geospatial services such as developing web mapping applications and geo-processing tools to support GIS, understanding customer requirements and developing GIS applications to meet business needs and analyzing customer issues and providing resolutions.
Regional Manager Central Eastern The regional manager will provide effective and efficient delivery of lease management services to landowners and tenants through proficient partnership for change, service delivery, planning and management of relationships with key stakeholders.
Regional Manager North The Regional Manager North will lead and manage an effective and efficient lease management services for the Regions. The role also includes the facilitation of lease creation and regional development opportunities.
Manager Research & Development The Manager Research and Development will research and analyze existing operational data and develop options, alternatives and opportunities for expanding and reviewing existing services as well as developing new services for the landowners, tenants and other clients of TLTB.
