Corporate Social Resposibility (CSR) is based on an ethical theory that requires corporate entities and organisations to fulfill their civic duty - the action of one must benefit the whole of society. In this way, there must be a balance between economic growth and the welfare of society and the environment. If this equilibrium is maintained, then social responsibility is accomplished.
For TLTB, this an area that we are continuosly working on to try and give back to the community and also teaches our workforce the quality of being kind, friendly and considerate. These are some of the activities that we have been enaged in as an organisation:
