Two new appointees at the TLTB Board

The Honorable Prime Minister and Minister for iTaukei Affairs, Mr Josaia Voreqe Bainimarama announced the appointment of Mr Isikeli Tikoduadua and Mrs Wainikiti Naivalulevu Bogidrau as new directors to the TLTB Board of Trustees.

In making the appointments, Mr Bainimarama says the two new appointees bring a wealth of commercial experience, strategic planning, communication and leadership to the Board that will direct TLTB in a more vibrant business environment.

Mr Tikoduadua is a widely respected banking professional who was the founding CEO for Fiji’s only local bank – the HFC Bank. He graduated from the University of the South Pacific with a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources, Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He is currently a board member for Vodafone Fiji Limited, Fijian Holdings Limited and Tower Insurance. He is also the Commissioner for Commerce Commission, Chairman for FHL Properties Limited and Chairman for USP MBA Advisory Committee. With the 26 of banking experience and administration, Mr Tikoduadua is a Fellow for the Fiji Institute of Bankers, Financial Services Institute of Australasia and Associate Fellow for the Australian Institute of Management and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mrs Bogidrau holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Public Administration and a Master of Arts in Pacific Island Studies from the University of Hawaii and a Bachelor Degree in Sociology and Population Studies/Demography from the University of the South Pacific.

She is currently a Manager Public Relations & Corporate Communication at the Fiji National Provident Fund.

Mr Bainimarama says that the TLTB Board is fortunate to have access to the services of Mr Tikoduadua and Mrs Bogidrau and looks forward to working with them in lifting the standards of service delivery of the Board.
